When you submit an order or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. Submitting an order or payment also means you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which form the entire agreement between you and thepublishingheaven.com.
Definition of Terms
“Website” means all online content on thepublishingheaven.com web pages.
“Customer,” “You,” or “Yours” refers to you or any other person placing an order with thepublishingheaven.com on your behalf.
“Company,” “We,” or “Our” means thepublishingheaven.com, a company registered under California law.
“Product” means all services and products provided by the company to you according to your order.
“Order” means a request made by phone or email to purchase our services or products. Orders are confirmed with down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire, Western Union, Zelle, CashApp, or PayPal.
Our Services
By placing an order or making a payment, you are purchasing the product for your own use only. All products are written by our writers, who transfer all rights and ownership to the company. Products are non refundable and come with no warranties, express or implied, for third party services. You must read these terms before placing any order or payment.
Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only in specific cases under defined conditions, as explained below:
Change of Mind:
If you change your mind and want to stop your project within the first hour after placing your order, you may request a refund. A 10% processing fee will apply. No refund is available for change of mind after the first hour, for any reason.
Incompetent Delivery:
- If the work does not meet your project requirements (as you documented). We are committed to 100% satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to ensure quality. We assign, reassign, and rewrite until you are satisfied.
- Reserve free pages for later use of equal value, usable anytime.
If we still cannot deliver what you asked for, a refund will be processed by mutual agreement at a set percentage not exceeding 50% (only when delivery is completely off target).
Late Delivery:
We aim to deliver on time. If we fail to do so for any reason, after you have contacted us at least three times, your refund will be processed once documentary evidence shows the delay was our fault. The refund amount will be set by mutual agreement, not exceeding 50%.
Refund Time Frame:
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Requests after that will not be accepted. All customers should note the refund deadline when placing an order.
Cases Where No Refund Will Be Issued:
- Late delivery due to minor technical errors (e.g., grammar, typos, word count, or missing references) may result in a partial refund or a discount on future purchases, by mutual agreement.
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by you.
- Reasons such as “change of mind,” “disagreement with partner,” or other non-service-related issues do not qualify for a refund.
- You have not contacted the company for more than two weeks during the project.
- You have requested unreasonable revisions.
- No refund will be given based on low writing quality.
Claim Your Refund

We will respond as soon as we receive your request. After completing the necessary review, we will begin the refund process, which usually takes 20–25 business days.
Once you receive your refund, you no longer have any rights to any materials submitted by The Publishing Heaven. Those materials will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.
Dispute/Chargeback Policies
Fraudulent
We never charge any credit or debit card without your authorization. You always pay through a payment link generated by our merchant. Our company does not support any fraudulent activity.
Product Not Received
If you claim you did not receive a product while the project is still ongoing (and any delay occurred due to changes you requested or any other delay on your part), we are not responsible for delivering within the original timeframe. Our Terms & Conditions state that “Change of Requirement” may affect project time and cost. If you still wish to cancel, you must submit a valid reason. Our QA team will review it, and a partial refund may be offered if eligible.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Product Description: By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS messages from The Publishing Heaven regarding your order and project.
Message Frequency: Frequency varies by project. We typically use calls, but SMS is available if you prefer.
Message and Data Rates: Standard rates may apply.
Opting Out: Reply “STOP” at any time. For help, reply “HELP”.
Support: Call 213-212-2019 for assistance.
Privacy Policy: Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Product/Service Unacceptable
If you say the product is unacceptable, we do not take any action without your approval. Once a design is approved, you cannot later claim it is unacceptable. We offer unlimited revisions to fix issues, and projects may be restarted from scratch. No full refunds will be given for claims of unacceptable product after approval. We provide only digital services, not physical copies.
Credit not processed
You may claim this only if a refund was promised in writing by Billing or Customer Care and that deadline was missed.
General/Other
For general disputes, refunds due to a change of mind will not be granted, as resources have already been invested in all services provided.
